Senior Information Technology Project Manager
Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation through completion. This role will oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across the full project lifecycle
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and testers
Track deliverables and manage project documentation
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure alignment between project teams, business units, and leadership
Team & Environment You will work closely with a team of 10–15 project members including developers, business analysts, and testers while partnering with program managers, project sponsors, and senior business stakeholders.
The team operates in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications 5–7 years of project management experience
Experience managing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software deployments , including integrations with legacy systems
Strong financial management experience including forecasting, variance analysis, and budget tracking
Experience using project management tools such as
Microsoft Project
Office 365
Confluence
ServiceNow / SPM
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations
Preferred Qualifications Experience working within large enterprise organizations
Utility industry experience is a plus
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Experience with vendor management and RFP processes
Familiarity with accrual-based accounting
Work Schedule Standard hours: Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM
Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite per week
Occasional overtime may be required during peak project phases
