Outside or Inside Sales Reps

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey.Products & Services* Traffic Coatings* Spray Foam Insulation* Pipe Insulation* Garage Insulation* Fireproof Insulation* Foundation WaterproofingResponsibilities* Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads.* Build relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, engineers, architects, and facility managers.* Identify upcoming projects and bidding opportunities.* Conduct job site visits and customer presentations.* Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one.* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.* Manage and track sales and progress in customer relationship management software.* Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales.* Prepare proposals and follow up on estimates.* Maintain and grow existing client relationships.* Meet and exceed sales goals.Qualifications* Experience in, construction materials, or related construction services.* Strong network within the NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey construction market preferred.* Proven sales and business development experience.* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.* Self-starter with the ability to work independently.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Compensation* Base Salary + Commission (or Commission-Based for the right candidate)* Performance Bonuses* Growth Opportunities* Flexible ScheduleApply Today: hershy@1sealusa.com
