Spa Receptionist/Sales Associate

We are currently looking to build out our front desk team with people who can create a clean, calm environment for our clients, sell the wellness program to non-members, and maximize our bookings. We provide the training, sales incentives, and cheerleader management. You provide the first smiling face our clients see when they come in and a positive attitude!The primary responsibilities includeKeeping the studios clean and tidyEducating clients on our Services, Service Enhancments, and Wellness ProgramBooking clients for their appointmentsFollowing up with clients after their sessions or to book pre-paid sessionsAdministrative dutiesOther tasks as assignedThe right fit for this position will beAvailable weekends/eveningsComfortable on the phones (making and receiving calls)Generally positive and smiley with all clientsTeachableWe would also love if you have some sales experience, especially in the wellness or fitness field, though no experience directly with massage and/or skincare is required.
