Systems Operations Engineer (Production Support/Application support)

Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in Irving, TX. This role involves supporting production systems and applications with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly. Required Skills & QualificationsApplicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.Strong SQL and Unix skills.Experience with Autosys as the main batch scheduler, including troubleshooting issues and checking lock files/Control M.Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.Understanding of Oracle databases.Familiarity with CI/CD processes.Experience with ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution. Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with automation tools and processes.Background in client environments.Ability to quickly adapt and start contributing to the team.
