We offers a customer-first approach and strive to maintain a high standard of service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lawrence, KS, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will handle equipment maintenance and repair, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide reliable field service support. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with customers to address service needs and ensure a positive experience while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Qualifications Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and a commitment to keeping equipment fully operational.Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and mechanical issues effectively.Experience in Field Service, including working on-site and ensuring customer equipment is repaired in a timely manner.Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to provide a positive client experience.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to different working environments.Previous experience in the agricultural, construction, or forestry equipment sectors is a plus.Technical certification or relevant vocational training is desirable.
