Seasonal Shuttle Driver Needed! Get behind the wheel and be part of the 7 Cedars Casino experience. Friendly rides, great team, busy season fun! Provide superior transportation for 7 Cedars Resort Guests and Team Members following all laws that are issued by local, state and federal governments for the safety of human lives using limousines, shuttle busses, passenger vans, and company vehicles. Responsible for a high level of guest service following the 7 Cedars Resort Totems of Service.*Native American hiring preference for qualified candidates.Essential FunctionsDrive all of 7 Cedar Resort's fleet vehicles transporting guests and team members to various locations obeying all laws and driving in a safe mannerMaintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfactionComplete pre-trip vehicle inspections; keep interior and exterior of vehicles clean; keep fueled at all times; and promptly reports maintenance issuesComplete daily paperworkReport vehicle problems, accidents and/or citations to supervisorAnswer telephones as well as radio communications in a courteous and professional mannerPerform miscellaneous duties as assignedMust follow all safety rules and regulationsFollow all general and department policies and proceduresQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredThree years driving experience preferredMust possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team membersA clean driving record and the ability to meet federal and state driving standardsExperience with professional driving and basic vehicle maintenance preferredAble to exercise judgement and operate under time pressure when necessaryStrong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skillsStrong attention to detail, and a commitment to qualityHighly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive mannerWhy work for 7 Cedars?Nestled on the scenic Olympic Peninsula, 7 Cedars Resort Properties includes 7 Cedars Casino + Hotel, Cedars at Dungeness Golf Course, and the Longhouse Market & Deli.
