The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET, Python, and Esri GIS technologies, along with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, develop scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Required Skills5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Programmer Analyst in the GIS domain using .NET and PythonHands-on experience with Esri GIS technologies, including:Utility NetworkArcGIS ProArcGIS EnterprisePortal for ArcGISArcGIS ServerFeature ServicesEnterprise GeodatabasesExperience developing and supporting GIS applications, integrations, web services, automation scripts, and workflowsStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server preferred)Experience with Python scripting, ArcPy, REST APIs, JSON, and data automationStrong troubleshooting skills for application, integration, production support, and data-related issuesUnderstanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), testing, release management, and production supportExperience documenting technical designs, workflows, support procedures, and issue resolutionsExcellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while supporting both projects and production environmentsPreferred SkillsExperience with Esri Utility Network, branch versioning, network tracing, subnetwork management, and utility data modelsExperience supporting utility operations, asset management, outage management, or field operationsExperience with FME, ETL processes, data transformation, and integration monitoringFamiliarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP or similar enterprise systemsArcGIS Enterprise administration, Portal upgrades, service publishing, hosted feature layers, and performance tuningExperience with Oracle Spatial, enterprise geodatabases, reconciliation, versioning, and data validationWeb development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET frameworksKnowledge of cloud technologies, hybrid architecture, containerization, high availability, and disaster recoveryExposure to AI/ML, GeoAI, remote sensing, imagery analytics, or LiDARUnderstanding of cybersecurity, data governance, compliance, and change managementResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain medium-complexity GIS applications and backend servicesAnalyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable solutionsDevelop business logic, integrations, and automation workflowsParticipate in backlog grooming, story estimation, and sprint planningPerform unit testing, automation testing, and production support activitiesCreate technical documentation, support guides, and system artifactsCollaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholdersResolve production issues and perform ongoing application maintenanceMentor junior team members and promote development best practicesRequired ExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience with .NET and Python in a GIS environmentEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredGIS certification is preferred but not requiredPreferred BackgroundExperience working with Utility Network implementations or utility industry GIS environments is highly preferred.About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
