What You’ll DoLead teams performing anchor installation on telecom jobsInterpret project plans and supervise site execution, including adherence to project timelinesEnsure safety standards are followed by all crew membersCoordinate anchor equipment and truck operationProvide onsite training and guidance to new operatorsCommunicate job progress and issues with managementInspect completed work for quality and complianceManage tools, inventory, and crew assignmentsResolve minor technical or logistical field problemsDocument job completion and submit reportsWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceValid CDL A and ability to lead field crewsMust maintain a satisfactory driving record, as safe driving is essential when setting an example or training others.OSHA 10 or 30 training preferred, or working knowledge of OSHA standards applicable to field operations2–4 years of telecom equipment experience, including crew leadershipPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: lift up to 75 pounds, lead team in outdoor work, operate equipment, monitor active anchor workOccasionally: climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, handle physical riggingStar Site Location: Alabaster, ALWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
