Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A ManagerWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in driving financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and partnering with leadership on growth initiatives, including M&A activity.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planningDevelop and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiativesAnalyze financial performance, including variance analysis, KPIs, and operational driversPrepare and present monthly reporting packages to senior leadership and investorsStrategic Finance & Business PartneringPartner with operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendationsSupport key strategic initiatives, including growth planning, service line expansion, and cost optimizationBuild dashboards and reporting tools to track performance across business units and locationsM&A and Due DiligenceSupport mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities, including financial modeling and valuation analysisPerform financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, revenue analysis, and cost structure assessmentsAssist in post-acquisition integration, tracking synergies and performance against deal modelsReporting & ControlsCollaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and alignment with forecastsSupport audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesImprove and automate financial reporting processes and systemsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, transaction advisory, or public accountingExperience with financial due diligence, M&A, and/or financial auditStrong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyExperience working with or supporting private equity-backed organizations preferredThe ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in FP&A along with experience in financial due diligence, audit, consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
