Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.Schedule5:00 AM to 1:40 PM, Monday through Friday, for the first three weeks of employment1:15 PM to 9:55 PM Monday through Friday remainder of employmentResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain employee performance evaluations, performance development plans, training, and any employee related needs.Ensure callouts are reported to HR daily and that daily roster and employee calendars are up to date.Coordinates daily employee work assignments and is responsible for proper GL labor coding on timecards.Ensures that materials and labels are available, the daily packing floor needs are met and that the packing schedule is followed.Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating internal data tools such as the bundling status and shipment trackers.Maintains training documents and records, keeping organized and available for day-to-day operation. Assist with cross-training.Assists with sending notifications to manager/supervisor or leads on pending or past due training needed, such as Alchemy or equipment re-certifications.Assists with setting up PM and maintenance services and PIT equipment.Responsible for ensuring that inventory to be properly stored and recorded in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.Leads physical cycle counts/inventories as needed.Ensures that daily output is updated and reported in the “end of shift” notes.Responsible for prompt communication with the bundling team to ensure that any changes and updates to packaging materials and/or bundling requirements are communicated to the E-commerce packing associates.Follows workflows for the processing of E-Commerce orders. Implements and provides training to team members on workflows and procedures ensuring that the requirements of new processes are met.Assists as needed in writing and maintaining International Standards Organization (ISO) documents and helps ensure that documents are aligned with current processes.Supports Production staff with company event sign-ups by issuing out memos, e-mails, and verbal reminders.Sets-up new hires and conducts an SPG new hire walk-through, providing all necessary work tools and contact information.Creates and supports administrative workflows between 1st and 2nd shiftAttends and participates in meetings and training programs and follows set processes regarding employment, safety, and workers’ compensation matters.Responsible for the opening and closure of the warehouse by following set procedures, ensuring the warehouse is locked and door alarm is properly set.Available to be flexible with hours as work weekends as necessary, based on business needs.Other duties as assigned within job scope.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2 years of related experience with supervising and/or supporting a production/manufacturing team.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.)English fluency, both spoken and written. Able and comfortable articulating information and speaking before a group. Writes clearly and informatively, edits work for accuracy, process efficiency and effectiveness, as well as for spelling and grammar.Must be proficient in the operation of standard office support equipment including, but not limited to, personal computer, copier/scanner, telephone system, etc. Ability to use hand-tools.
