Stylist

We are a contemporary women’s boutique offering a highly personalized shopping experience through styling, relationship-based selling, and client development. Our assortment includes brands such as Mother, Frame, AGOLDE, Cinq à Sept, Farm Rio, Zadig & Voltaire, Jenny Bird, and Thatch.This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, fashion-oriented, confident in client interaction, and motivated by building long-term customer relationships in a boutique environment.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Stile Stylist is responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, building relationships with clients, and using product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Create an engaging, high-energy, and service-oriented in-store experience• Build confidence and trust with customers through personalized styling and product knowledge• Develop and maintain a book of repeat clients through relationship building and consistent outreach using the One Shop app• Recommend styling options tailored to each client’s individual lifestyle, preferences, and needs• Support sales goals through strong customer engagement and proactive selling• Accurately perform sales transactions and navigate iPad-based systems and clienteling tools• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and fitting room environment• Assist with merchandising, inventory handling, and day-to-day store operations• Support team success through collaboration, initiative, and a positive attitude• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in alignment with store policiesQUALIFICATIONS:• Retail or styling experience preferred, but not required• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and contemporary brands• Ability to build relationships and develop repeat clientele• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment• Comfortable with technology including POS systems, client outreach tools, and spreadsheets• Ability to take initiative and operate with minimal supervisionHOURS & AVAILABILITY:• Must maintain a minimum of two shifts per week• Must be available for at least two weekends per monthCOMPENSATION:$18–$24/hour based on experience and availability• Employee discount• Opportunity for growth into expanded roles and leadership
