Plumbing Installer

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we're hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our South Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. This is a full-time, field-based position focused on residential and light commercial installation work. Top performers in this role earn strong income through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based opportunities tied to efficiency and quality. About the Role As a Plumbing Installer at Bellows, you'll focus on installation projects including repipes, underground work, and system replacements. You'll work with a team or lead smaller crews to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants steady work without sales pressure.
