Salary: AEA Members: 7.5% of the base salary on the AEA Certified Salary Schedule Non-AEA Members: 7.5% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule Qualifications:Coaching experience at the middle school level or higher in designated sport Must possess a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. Essential Duties : Responsible for Grade 7 Cheerleaders during football season and Grade 7 & 8 (Red Team) Cheerleaders during basketball season See the attached job description for essential duties and responsibilities.The successful candidate must have the following on file before startingValid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit Current Coaches Training Certificates Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Training Certificate Favorable State and Federal background checks Negative Drug Screen Result Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and the Ohio Code of Ethics as established by the Ohio Department of Education.
