Associate Attorney (Debt Defense)

Our strategy is meticulously tailored to meet ourclients' unique financial needs, guaranteeing personalized andresults-driven solutions.*PositionSummary*We are looking for an associateattorney with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair DebtCollection Practices Act (FDCPA) litigation experience. Associateattorneys will have an expected caseload of approximately 50+FCRA/FDCPA cases at any given time. The litigation work willinclude identifying violations of the FCRA/FDCPA, drafting andfiling complaints, drafting discovery, attending necessaryhearings, and negotiating resolution for clients. This positionrequires strong leadership skills.
