Associate Attorney (Debt Defense)

Our strategy is meticulously tailored to meet ourclients' unique financial needs, guaranteeing personalized andresults-driven solutions.*PositionSummary*We are looking for an associateattorney with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair DebtCollection Practices Act (FDCPA) litigation experience. Associateattorneys will have an expected caseload of approximately 50+FCRA/FDCPA cases at any given time. The litigation work willinclude identifying violations of the FCRA/FDCPA, drafting andfiling complaints, drafting discovery, attending necessaryhearings, and negotiating resolution for clients. This positionrequires strong leadership skills. The associate will workcollaboratively with our legal team, as well as independently toachieve the best results for our clients.*Key Responsibilities** FCRA and FDCPAactions, and similar debt disputes.* Collectiondefense, summons response, and pre-litigation settlements * Client communications* Educating our marketingteams to recognize and refer FCRA claims* Corporatecompliance*Qualifications** At least two (2) years of experience as anattorney with strong litigation skills and a robust understandingof debt resolution strategies.* Excellent written andverbal communication and advocacy skills* Ability to bea self-starter who is eager and curious to learn new topic areasquickly and can work independently as well as be part of acollaborative team* Effective and efficientproblem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work proactivelyto develop creative solutions in order to meet client and teamneeds* Enthusiasm for working in a teamenvironment* Bar membership in good standing in anyjurisdiction.* There is no billable hours requirementfor this position.*Perks of Joining ourTeam:** Competitive salary*Comprehensive health coverage – medical, dental, and visionplansPaid Time OffLife insurance * Retirement savings programOpportunities forgrowth and advancementWe are an EqualOpportunity Employer.
