The individual in this role will engage directly with potential clients, generate and follow up on leads, present product and service offerings, close sales, and maintain client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting potential customers, developing new referral sources, and booking residential and commercial repair and replacement jobs. Opportunities to partially or fully manage projects are available for properly qualified candidates!QualificationsProven skills in self-managed Lead Development and Closing Sales is paramountStrong sales capabilities with a focus on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions to clients, and closing deals over the last five (5) yearsAbility to manage accounts and maintain client relationships is essentialExcellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM tools or sales management software is preferredSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting is mandatoryPrevious experience in the roofing industry or a related field is a plusCompensationCompensation for this position is commission onlyBonuses available upon meeting sales objectivesHigh energy sales professionals can expect to earn over $100,000k per yearCommission structure and overall payouts will be determined by the sales professionals level of engagement (sales only - sales + partial project management - sales + complete project management)Profit sharing available after two (2) years of meeting sales goals
