Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our advertising sales team in the fast-paced media/technology industry. This position is responsible for selling advertising solutions to new and existing clients by phone and email. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping local businesses grow through effective media exposure
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a pipeline of advertisers through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound leads
Consult with clients to understand their business goals and recommend tailored solutions (digital, technology & security)
Build and maintain strong relationships with small- to mid-sized business clients
Prepare and deliver proposals, rate quotes, and campaign recommendations
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets
Coordinate with the production team to ensure ad materials are submitted on time and correctly formatted
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or internal system)
Upsell existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions

Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, media sales, or advertising
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Comfortable making outbound calls and cold-calling new prospects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus)

Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital marketing sales or technology sales
Knowledge of digital campaign management
Familiarity with audience targeting and performance metrics (CPM, impressions, click-through rates)
