With a strong and growing portfolio in the data center and mission critical sector, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support large-scale pursuits and preconstruction efforts for projects in the Nashville market, operating out of their Memphis office.Job DescriptionLeading estimating and preconstruction efforts for data center and mission critical construction projectsPreparing detailed conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates for projects ranging from early design through construction documentsManaging subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, scope review, and cost validationCollaborating with operations, design teams, and clients to develop accurate budgets, schedules, and logistics strategiesIdentifying cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and constructability considerationsSupporting procurement strategies for long-lead and mission critical MEP systemsContributing to proposal preparation, interviews, and client presentationsMentoring junior estimators and supporting continuous improvement within the preconstruction teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
