The right candidate must be Ford certified and have a strong background in automotive.Essential Job Requirements:Perform Work as Outlined on the Repair Order with Efficiency and AccuracyDiagnosis Cause and Correction for Needed RepairsWork as a Team Player with Advisors and TechniciansPerform Safety ChecksFull-Time PositionPosition Requires on-site-in-person attendanceResponsibilities:Test to check systems and components are secure and working properlyIsolate the systems or components that might have caused the problemMaintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehiclesRepair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle's breakdown or damageMechanics will cater to the specific needs of each repair order efficiently and accurately.
