Job Description Description:Black Hills Exteriors is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget across multiple job sites. The Superintendent plays a hands-on leadership role in the field, reinforcing a strong safety culture while ensuring every project meets Omnia's standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Lead daily construction site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetSupervise and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendorsConduct job site meetings and communicate progress updates with project managers and leadershipEnforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all job sitesInspect work to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and building codesCoordinate materials delivery, equipment, and staffing needsTrack job progress and help resolve issues that could impact schedule or budgetTrain and mentor field personnel to support a high-performing teamQualifications5–8+ years of construction experience, including supervisory or foreman responsibilitiesProven ability to manage multiple job sites and field teamsStrong understanding of construction safety practices and job site managementAbility to read blueprints, specifications, and project schedulesPreferredOSHA 30 certificationExperience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)Bilingual English/SpanishWhy Join UsBlack Hills Exteriors is part of Omnia Exterior Solutions, a growing national platform of exterior service companies.
