Konvergent and Integrated Partners, a Top 30 RIA, are building Integrated Private Wealth (IPW) is building a premier UHNW multi-family office platform. Our clients are business owners and families navigating liquidity events and complex balance sheets, requiring institutional-quality investment solutions integrated with advanced tax and estate planning.We are seeking a Director of Investments for Integrated Private Wealth to help build and develop the investment offering for this UHNW division.This is not a traditional investment role within a mature institution. This is a collaborative building role—helping to shape a differentiated investment offering, contributing to portfolio construction and implementation, and serving as a senior investment resource for IPW clients and advisors, in close partnership with firm leadership.This role will help integrate internal capabilities and external partners into a cohesive investment offering while contributing to the development of a high-performing investment team to support IPW’s growth into a multi-billion-dollar UHNW business.Overview·        Help shape and support the investment function for Integrated Private Wealth, including portfolio construction frameworks and implementation across UHNW client portfolios ·        Serve as a senior investment resource within IPW, helping to shape investment strategy and client outcomes in collaboration with firm leadership ·        Help design and develop a differentiated investment platform spanning traditional and alternative assets, tailored to complex UHNW needs ·        Support the client investment experience, partnering closely with lead advisors in high-stakes client relationships ·        Help support and develop the IPW team, contributing to the structure, processes, and culture required to scaleKey Responsibilities1. Portfolio Construction & Implementation·        Support portfolio construction and implementation across all IPW client portfolios ·        Integrate advanced strategies including: o  Tax-aware investing and loss harvesting o  Non-correlated return streams o  Hedging and downside risk management approaches ·        Help ensure alignment between investment strategy, tax considerations, and client-specific objectives ·        Contribute to manager selection, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring 2. Client Leadership & Investment Communication·        Serve as a key investment voice for UHNW clients and prospects ·        Help lead investment discussions in client meetings, including: o  Portfolio strategy and positioning o  Risk management frameworks o  Complex and alternative investment solutions ·        Translate sophisticated investment concepts into clear, actionable guidance ·        Partner closely with lead advisors to enhance client confidence and decision-making 3. Investment Strategy & Growth ·        Help define and refine IPW’s investment philosophy, asset allocation frameworks, and risk management approach ·        Help design a multi-asset, multi-manager offering across: o  Public markets (equities, fixed income) o  Alternatives (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets) o  Structured investments and hedging strategies ·        Develop portfolios and customization frameworks for UHNW clients with complex tax, liquidity, and estate considerations ·        Support a scalable investment infrastructure tailored to the IPW client base ·        Help evaluate, select, and manage external investment partners as part of the IPW platform ·        Contribute to business development efforts, including: o  Prospect meetings o  Strategic partner engagement ·        Help position IPW as a leading UHNW platform nationally Candidate ProfileRequired Experience·        12+ years of investment leadership experience in: o  Wealth management, multi-family office, OCIO, hedge fund, or institutional asset management environments ·        Demonstrated success in: o  Multi-asset portfolio construction and asset allocation o  Working with UHNW clients and complex portfolios ·        Strong expertise across: o  Public and private markets o  Alternative investments o  Risk management and portfolio construction frameworks Preferred Experience·        Experience building or scaling an investment platform within an RIA or family office ·        Direct experience with: o  Hedge funds, private markets, structured investments, and/or hedging strategies o  Prior client-facing advisory experience with UHNW individuals or families o  Experience working with or overseeing external investment partners, sub-advisors, or TAMP platforms Core Attributes·        Client credibility: Inspires confidence with sophisticated UHNW clients ·        Strategic thinker: Connects investment strategy to client outcomes and firm growth ·        Entrepreneurial mindset: Thrives in a growth-oriented, build-phase environment ·        High judgment: Sound, collaborative decision-making in complex, high-stakes scenarios Why This Role·        Build, don’t inherit: Help architect the investment platform for a rapidly scaling UHNW business ·        Key leadership role: Help shape the investment function within Integrated Private Wealth ·        Significant economic upside: Compensation tied to platform growth and value creation ·        Institutional backing with entrepreneurial freedom: Supported by a Top 30 RIA with substantial infrastructure ·        Sophisticated client base: Work with UHNW clients facing complex, high-impact financial decisions
