Job Description SummaryThis experienced HVAC-R Technician needs to be competent in installing new HVAC systems and troubleshooting and repairing existing HVAC systems. Must have experience in sheet metal, hydronic, chilled water, and electric systems.There are full-time and part-time positions available! These positions are located in Guam.The pay range for this position is $21.91-$30.00/hour.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)Performing installation of a variety of HVAC systems, including but not limited to conventional split systems, packaged systems, computer room air conditioning units, and systems utilizing variable refrigerant flow technologyPerforming (predictive, preventive, proactive, and corrective) maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilating air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) equipmentRepair leaking, solders, welded joints, mechanical joints, and condenser tube roll jointsUnderstand the proper use of nitrogen during the maintenance and construction of refrigerant-carrying pipingMust understand electrical fundamentals and proper meter usage.
