Location:St. Louis, Missouri - 5 DAYS IN OFFICE Job Summary:Trileaf is seeking a Accounting Specialist to assist our with accounting and administrative tasks. This position is based in our St. Louis, Missouri office and will require on-site work. Key Responsibilities: Support accounting functions, including data entry, invoice tracking, and vendor communication Maintain and update client information in accounting systems Coordinate occasional travel arrangements and meals for the management team Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and collaborative workspace Assist with preparation of documents, reports, and presentations Support employee engagement initiatives, including office events and team-building activities Create a welcoming and professional environment by greeting visitors and managing front office interactions Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to maintain efficiency and availability Answer and route incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed Act as the primary liaison with building management and external vendors for maintenance and office needs Manage company announcements and employee onboarding communications Assist with HR administrative tasks as assigned Maintain shared spaces such as the breakroom Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with opportunities for growth Basic Qualifications:To be considered, the resume of the applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications/skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledge) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, electronic filing, and recordkeeping Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and client service skills Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Preferred Qualifications / Experience: Exposure to entry-level accounting tasks Previous experience in administrative or office support roles Associate degree or equivalent experience Benefits: Competitive hourly pay The listed salary range for this position is an expected range.
