This pivotal role is focused on revolutionizing the delivery of technical services, with a strong emphasis on reducing support dependency, accelerating time-to-value, and empowering customers to self-solve with confidence. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and championing a bold vision for technical services, launching self-service experiences, and overhauling education programs to prioritize embedded, contextual product guidance. Operational excellence and customer impact are key, with a requirement to engage with customers, surface product gaps, and establish KPIs aligned to digital adoption and customer value realization. Candidates for the VP of Technical Services position at the company should have a background in post-sales functions, product leadership, or strategy roles within high-growth SaaS or product-led organizations. The role demands a leader with a proven track record of innovation, creative problem-solving, and the ability to drive transformational change.
