Machine Operator

Job Description Responsibilities include operating heavy machines (drop hammers, presses, belt grinders, forklift) for the manufacturing of steel forgings.1st Shift (6:00 AM - 1:15 PM)Production BonusBenefits offered after 90 days.(Health, Disability, 401k)Prior experience as Machinist a plus but not a requirementOvertime (Time + 1/2) offeredWWW.ALRY.COMResponsibilities:Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashionLoad and unload equipment and materialsProvide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiencyConduct routine preventive maintenance on the plantLog and record readings for equipment and procedures​Qualifications:Previous experience in plant operations or other related fieldsFamiliarity with plant tools and equipmentStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionWe make steel forgings using large machinery, a modern day Blacksmith using large pneumatic hammers.
