This role is ideal for a logistics professional with a strong background in account management, pricing strategy, and customer relationship development. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5+ years of industry experience, with proven expertise in quoting, pricing, and managing RFP processes, as well as handling high-volume, enterprise-level accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationshipsPrepare accurate and competitive quotes based on customer requirements and market conditionsDevelop and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitiveLead and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from start to finishCollaborate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, finance) to ensure seamless service deliveryAnalyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvementHandle complex, high-volume accounts, including major clients such as FedEx or similar enterprise customersNegotiate contracts, rates, and service terms with clientsQualifications:3–5+ years of experience in a 3PL environmentStrong knowledge of quoting, pricing models, and RFP processesProven experience managing large or enterprise-level accounts (e.g., FedEx or similar)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze data and make strategic pricing decisionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and advancement⛔ No recruiting agencies or staffing firms, please.
