Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafting Design Specialist based in Anderson, SC. The Drafting Design Specialist will create and review technical, architectural, and construction drawings, ensuring they comply with design specifications and standards. Additional responsibilities include preparing submittals, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for drafting, and collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines and project objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Technical Drawing, Architectural Drawings, and Construction DrawingsProficient in preparing and managing SubmittalsAdvanced proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for drafting and designAttention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in technical documentationStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with project teamsProven ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlinesPrior experience in a related field such as architecture, construction, or engineering is a plusAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred
