About the RoleSeeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law practice.Compensation: $225,000 to $275,000ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing, and revising:(i) real estate transactional agreements including purchase and sale agreements and loan documentation, and(ii) real estate capital markets agreements, such as joint venture operating agreements, syndication agreements, preferred equity agreements and other entity documents.Managing and coordinating with partners and paralegals on the deal to make sure deadlines are hit to facilitate the timely and orderly procession of the dealManaging multiple deadlines and tasks for various clients at onceQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the State of CaliforniaRequired Skills4-7 years of real estate transaction experiencePSA and financing documentationStrong drafting and negotiation skillsStrong communication and relationship skills, will have lots of direct contact with clients
