Company Description Visiting Aid is an all-in-one Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) platform designed to streamline home care operations, reduce costs by 60%, and enhance care delivery. As a Medicaid Service Bureau and NYSDOH/OMIG-approved Verification Organization, we specialize in improving and verifying home care services with advanced data collection and analytics tools. Our interoperable practice management suite serves Licensed Home Care Providers, Fiscal Intermediaries, and Managed Long Term Care Organizations, enabling efficient scheduling, approval, verification, and billing. We also offer seamless integration with EVV technology vendors, ensuring compliance with New York State Social Services Law and the 21st Century Cures Act requirements. Role Description This is a hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a Business Development Specialist. The candidate will identify and generate leads, build client relationships, conduct market research, and present Visiting Aid’s solutions to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, creating strategic plans for business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business development goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunitiesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunitiesProven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targetsProficient in CRM tools and business development softwareBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
