Position: Embedded LeadLocation: Cupertino, CA (Onsite)Job description: Please propose suitable candidates with C Programming experience along with communication & leadership skills.Requirements -The lead Engineer should be responsible for the following (not limited to):Entire team's deliverables and quality of workHandle resource assignment and work schedulingReport two weeks ahead for any team member to take Vacation/Annual leave and arrangecoverage such that business is not impacted.New team member's screening, onboarding, training and regular checkingInitial triage for any external or internal escalationMonitor issue report from each team member and provide Weekly Summary ReportFeedback gathering from leaders and cross functional teamsFill in the resource gap if someone on leave.QualificationsEngineering experience: 5-7 yearsProgram management: 2-5 yearsBS Computer Engineering or relevant work experience (MS is a plus)Low level embedded C firmware experience and its interaction with hardwareEffective communication skillsAbility to drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a regular basisGood multitasking capabilities to handle frequent context switches
