There’s no ROI in boring.The Role We’re looking for an Account Director who can lead complex client businesses with strategic clarity, operational rigor, and creative ambition.This role is responsible for driving client growth, leading integrated teams, and ensuring the agency delivers bold, effective work that performs. Account Directors serve as senior client partners, internal business leaders, and champions of work that moves brands forward.You’ll oversee account health across strategy, execution, financial performance, and team leadership—bringing focus, momentum, and accountability to both client relationships and internal teams.What You’ll DoClient Leadership & GrowthYou build trusted partnerships and help clients navigate what’s next.Serve as a senior strategic advisor to client leadership teamsDevelop a deep understanding of client businesses, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market dynamicsTranslate business challenges into clear strategic direction and actionable opportunitiesIdentify and drive organic growth opportunities across accountsLead high-impact client conversations with confidence, clarity, and sound judgmentAnticipate risks, surface challenges early, and guide teams toward solutionsBuild alignment and trust across client and agency stakeholdersEnsure the agency consistently delivers high-quality work and strong client partnershipCreative & Strategic DevelopmentYou help teams produce smarter, bolder, more effective work.Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to shape integrated marketing solutionsGuide the development of campaigns and initiatives from brief through executionChampion work that is strategically grounded, creatively ambitious, and built to performPush teams toward stronger thinking, sharper insights, and more impactful ideasEnsure work aligns with client objectives, brand standards, and business goalsHelp teams prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across complex initiativesBusiness & Operational LeadershipYou lead the business behind the work.Oversee the financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting, scoping, staffing, and revenue managementPartner with Account Leadership and Finance to manage profitability and resource planningEnsure scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and staffing plans support both client success and agency sustainabilityProactively identify and resolve operational, delivery, or scope-related risksLead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindsetEstablish strong working processes that improve collaboration, communication, and efficiencyBalance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard for both the work and the team experienceTeam Leadership & DevelopmentYou create clarity, accountability, and growth for the people around you.Lead, mentor, and develop Account Leadership team membersProvide clear direction, actionable feedback, and ongoing coachingHelp teams navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactivelyFoster strong collaboration across departments and disciplinesContribute to a culture of accountability, curiosity, inclusion, and continuous improvementSupport staffing decisions, team development, and long-term growth planning within the departmentRequirementsWhat You’ll Bring 8–10+ years of account management experience in an agency Experience leading complex, integrated marketing initiatives across channelsStrong business acumen and strategic thinking skillsProven ability to grow client relationships and identify new opportunitiesDeep understanding of the creative development process and integrated campaign executionExperience managing account financials, forecasting, staffing, and scopes of workConfidence leading senior-level client conversations and presentationsStrong leadership presence with the ability to align and motivate cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA collaborative mindset and a high standard for the workCuriosity, initiative, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approachPosition and HoursThis is a full-time position requiring strong leadership, accountability, and adaptability.
