About This RoleWe are seeking a qualified lead preschool teacher for a faith-based 4-year-old program. Low student-to-teacher ratio. Spacious classrooms and large playground. We support a developmentally age-appropriate learning environment paired with a play-based approach to early childhood learning. Looking for a teacher who truly enjoys preschool age children. Position is for School year 2026-27.What You'll DoAbility to work with other staff members.Able to adapt curriculum and lesson plans to meet the educational needs of the children in the class.Have a thorough understanding of the natural growth and development of young children.Establish and enforce age-appropriate expected behaviors to ensure a conducive learning environment.Establish and maintain quality relationships with students, their families and fellow staff members.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
