Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in East Bethel, MN for a Small Engine/Power Sports Mechanic. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing small engines and power sports equipment. Day-to-day tasks include performing maintenance, conducting troubleshooting, repairing or replacing faulty components, and ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards. Additional tasks may involve maintaining detailed repair records and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and quality service for all customers. We hope that position will slowly transition this person into our Parts/Service desk and be able to fully take on that position in the future. Qualifications Experience in Small Engine Repair & DiagnosisCompetence in Maintenance & Repair, including cleaning, replacement, testing, and inspection of parts.Strong Troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and mechanical issues efficiently.Ability to follow safety protocols and handle tools and machinery with care.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling repair records and ensuring consistent work quality.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.Prior experience as a small engine or power sports mechanic or related field is a plus
