Trial Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced and confident trial attorney to join their litigation team. They are specifically looking for candidates with meaningful first-chair trial experience who are comfortable taking high-stakes cases through trial. This role involves managing complex matters, working closely with clients and carriers, and serving as a key member of the trial team.Key Responsibilities:Serve as first-chair trial counsel, managing cases from pre-litigation through verdictDevelop and implement litigation strategies for complex, high-exposure mattersHandle all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparationAct as primary liaison with clients and insurance carriersCollaborate with internal teams to drive case strategy and achieve successful outcomesRepresent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedingsRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated first-chair trial experience with a track record of taking cases through verdictStrong litigation and case management skills with the ability to work independentlyProven ability to handle complex, high-stakes mattersExcellent written and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentActive bar admission in good standingCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $190,000 – $250,000, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonusComprehensive benefits package
