Position Responsibilities Site Preparation: Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging to prep for concrete pours. Finish Work: Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools like trowels and screeds. Project Support: Load and unload materials and tools; follow site plans and supervisor instructions to meet project specs. Safety Excellence: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Previous concrete experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions. Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
