Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Part-Time

Responsive recruiterCBPI contracts with several school districts to provide 1:1 support to children and adolescents with emotional behavior disorders, autism, intellectual disabilities, and challenging behaviors. NO weekend work is required. This is an entry level position where you will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).This is a great position for those interested in autism, psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, mental health, para education, and teaching to expand their careers and learn about the field of ABA and who would like to have a part time/flexible schedule. Perfect for students studying behavior, psychology or ABA. Come help us make a difference in a child's life!RBT's are responsible for going to the student’s school, home or assigned center to deliver 1:1 instruction and support by following behavior plans created by a BCBA. Behavior plans may include procedures on how to arrange the environment to prevent challenging behaviors, instructions for how to teach the student to communicate needs more appropriately, and procedures for how to respond to unsafe behaviors. All behavior plans are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
