We invest in our employees with our training and development programs and want to see you advance in your career with us.OUR BENEFITSMedical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurancePaid Time Off and paid holidays401KPet Insurance5-day work weekEmployee Assistance ProgramTraining and Development ProgramsLegal CoverageIdentity Theft ProtectionReferral ProgramAnd so much more....WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience10+ years in accounting/finance, with 5+ years in a controller or senior leadership roleMulti-entity, multi-location environment (dealership, retail, or franchise industry preferred)Highly preferred: Multi-location auto, RV, powersports, or dealership group accounting experience (floor plan, rebates, F&I and chargebacks, vehicle titling implications, service and parts)Acquisition accounting and integration experience (purchase price allocation, opening balance sheets)Oversight of large accounting teams (50+ employees)Consolidations under US GAAPTax compliance oversight (federal, state, sales/use tax)ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of ~65 across a corporate accounting group and a shared services center (1 director, 6 managers, ~58 staff)Produce consolidated financial statements across 100 dealership entitiesOwn the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timelinessDeliver operational and KPI reporting to executive leadershipOversee tax compliance and coordinate with external tax advisorsSupport due diligence and accounting integration for acquisitionsDesign and enforce internal controls and accounting policies across all locations. Work closely with treasury function to ensure secure cash payment flow.Partner with FP&A, operations, and executive team on financial strategyWHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:Education & CertificationsBachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA requiredMBA a plusSkillsStrong technical GAAP knowledge, including business combinations (ASC 805)Strong knowledge of consolidation and intercompany eliminationProficiency with ERP systems (IDS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS a plus) and NetSuiteKPI and management reporting in a high-volume, multi-unit environmentExcellent leadership and communication skills - able to influence across a matrixed orgM&A accounting and integration acumenHigh attention to detail with the ability to see the big pictureStrong knowledge of Excel, Power BI and consolidation software (Planful, OneStream, etc).Experience with integration of AP, consolidation, and other systemsAPPLY WITH US!If you are ready for a rewarding career with competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities to excel and advance, consider joining the Blue Compass RV organization.
