This project-driven internship requires an analytical approach to visually showcase "What We Do and How We Work Together" using tools like Visio. The intern will create a roadmap of operational workflows, such as account opening to the lifecycle of brokerage services, while uncovering dependencies and documenting efficiencies. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about problem-solving, pattern recognition, and crafting clear visual representations of complex systems. To be considered, candidates must commit to a 10-week hybrid internship, working 40 hours per week during our summer program. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with operations teams to outline processes and integrations visually using Visio. Develop detailed workflows that demonstrate the lifecycle of account-related operations across various teams. Document interdependencies between teams to improve clarity and efficiency in Apex's operational structure. Analyze operations data to highlight areas for optimization or gaps in collaboration. Present visual representations to stakeholders as actionable insights. Education and Experience:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Senior standing, May 2027 graduate. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in data analysis. Familiarity with visualization tools such as Visio or similar platforms. Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. General interest in Fintech. Work Environment:This internship operates in a hybrid 4-day a week in office environment. This internship operates on a hybrid schedule in Austin, TX. Salary:$25 per hour.
