The ideal candidate will possess the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of patients. The therapist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients’ physical capabilities and needs. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions and treatment plans. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
