Required Skills: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques Ability to work flexible hours including day shifts and call rotations (3p-7a) Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Valid PA medical license and ACLS, PALS certifications Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Vascular, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, or Urology anesthesia procedures Prior experience with Epic EMR system Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and procedural requirements Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency in Anesthesiology with at least 2 years of post-training experience Current PA medical license and appropriate certifications Ability to obtain hospital credentialing within 90 days Other Requirements: Must hold current ACLS and PALS certifications Ability to take call shifts between 3p-7a based on department needs Willingness to work varies according to daily assignment, typically 5-10 hour shifts Willing to participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to hospital policies Enjoy an hourly pay rate of $369.53, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, extensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
