Our sales team works collaboratively on developing a sales pipeline, establishing new contacts within existing accounts and identifying new opportunities with existing clients. Additionally, the team also partners with other groups internally, including product management, client services, trade support, and other Tradeweb sales teams to deliver best in breed trading solutions.We look to hire people who have an entrepreneurial spirit, working as part of a small team to drive innovation in the fixed income marketplace.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with sales management to develop and execute a sales strategy targeting specific segments of the Certificate of Deposit market.Establish yourself as a 'go to' person for customer inquiries and information, educating users and hosting presentations / demonstrations as necessary.Collaborate with product and technology teams to innovate by developing new municipal trading protocols and operational efficiencies.Understand how to maximize revenue from each client by cross selling with other internal teams.Help maintain Tradeweb's position as a market leader within both the Interdealer and Dealer to client fixed income e-trading market, keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain a competitive advantage.QualificationsBachelor's Degree completed or equivalent work experience5 plus years of fixed income sales or trading experienceElectronic trading experience preferredExcellent public speaking and presentation skillsVersed in buy-side and broker/dealer trading protocolsProficient in middle-office, back-office, and compliance workflowsAdditional InformationTradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits. Tradeweb will match 100% of the first 4% of compensation that you contribute.The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $175,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.
