PCB Test Engineer

The Client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing test engineering, with a strong focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our wireless electronic products. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of test systems to support our production processes. Requirements Show off these KSA’s (knowledge, skills, and abilities): Musts: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or product development Proficiency in LabVIEW, Python, SQL, and C# Experience with schematic capture and layout tools. Strong understanding of RF design and implementation Hands-on experience with soldering and reworking of PCB boards. Experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and release repositories (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be a US Person in accordance with United States immigration laws to be considered for this position. You’ll stand out if: Experience with Altium, Mentor Graphics, EPICOR Hands-on experience with soldering and reworking of PCB boards. A Typical Day Will Include: Lead the design, development, and implementation of test systems for manufacturing wireless electronic products. Ensure that all electronic assemblies and finished products meet functional test specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product yield. Develop and maintain test fixtures, test procedures, and test software. Conduct failure analysis and provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing issues. Lead the development of test specifications and review test hardware and software designs for new and existing products. Design manufacturing test PCBs, including schematic capture and layout of multi-layer boards. Develop and implement RMA assessment testing processes. Collaborate with contract manufacturers to develop and implement manufacturing test processes. Maintain and repair vital equipment on the manufacturing floor. Develop and maintain documentation, including test reports and manufacturing procedures. Train manufacturing teams on assembly, testing, and best practices Provide technical support to resolve customer issues related to product testing. Education: BA in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent work experience Salary Range: This is a salary position that is no eligible for overtime.
