RCL Components is looking to hire for the position: Sandblaster. We're seeking motivated individuals who have either prior experience or would like to start a career in the industrial painting field. Individuals will start in sandblasting and work their way from there into our paint department as part of RCL's goal to help build careers. This position has the highest immediate earning potential! You're with us for 8-10 hours a day, we want to make sure it's a great experience Duties: Sandblast weldments to where they're a bare steel surface Must meet production goals on a daily basis, as sandblasting is critical to our operation Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: Know and apply RCL Safety Policy and Procedures On-time, full attendance on a daily basis Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed, as well as overtime throughout the week.
