Electrical Specialist - West Pittsburgh, PA

The Electrical Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining plant reliability and safety. This position is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical systems including motors, generators, transformers, and high-voltage equipment. This role also supports preventive maintenance, emergency response, and electrical safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. Work on motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems. Perform maintenance on high-voltage systems (480 V13.8 KV) and switchyard equipment. Execute electrical isolations following established safety procedures. Support and promote electrical safety programs and training. Assist with preventive maintenance and respond to plant emergencies as needed.
