Financial Analyst - Grapevine - 70K + Bonus

LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst for a high-growth organization with a nationwide footprint. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and reporting skills, experience working cross-functionally with business leaders, and an interest in supporting operational and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.(No Form of Sponsorship Available)Job Responsibilities:• Support monthly financial reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking across multiple business units• Analyze financial statements, forecasts, trends, and variances to support leadership decision-making• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities• Prepare presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership• Partner with teams across finance, operations, HR, and business development on ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives• Develop and maintain financial models to support growth opportunities and operational initiatives• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and departments• Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements within the FP&A functionJob Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field• Strong interest in FP&A, financial analytics, and business strategy• Experience with financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools• Exposure to systems such as Tableau, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms preferred
