As Director, Global Partner Program Infrastructure, you will be responsible for translating partner program strategy into a scalable, enterprise-ready operating model that works consistently across systems, processes, and functions.This role is the critical bridge between program strategy and partner experience. While the Partner Program Strategy team defines the vision, tiering, and economic model, this role ensures those designs are fully operationalized, consistently executed, and scalable globally.You will work across Channel Operations, Partner Experience, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Finance, IT, and the Global Partner Organization (GPO) to align execution, drive readiness, and ensure program integrity. You will serve as the single accountable owner for execution health, ensuring that all program elements are implemented correctly and operate as intended.This is not a program management role. This is enterprise operating model leadership, responsible for ensuring the partner program works at scale.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn End-to-End Program OperationalizationTranslate partner program strategy into executable, cross-functional implementation plansEnsure all program elements (tiers, incentives, competencies, lifecycle rules) are fully operationalized across systems, tools, and processesServe as the single accountable owner for program execution health and readinessProvide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, and required decisionsEnsure all program details are clearly documented and accessible internally and externallyDrive Cross-Functional Alignment and ExecutionAlign Channel Ops, Partner Experience, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Finance, IT, and GPO around a unified execution planDrive prioritization across competing roadmaps to ensure program deliveryEstablish clear ownership and accountability across all functions involved in executionIdentify and resolve structural gaps that impact program deliveryEnsure System and Operational ReadinessPartner with operations and systems teams to ensure program design is accurately reflected in tools, processes, and workflowsValidate readiness across systems, documentation, enablement, and communications prior to launchEnsure consistency and accuracy of program implementation across all platformsDrive simplification and clarity in how program elements are executedStandardize Execution Across Routes-to-MarketEnsure consistent operationalization of program strategy across Reseller, Distribution, and MSP segmentsPartner with segment strategy leaders to align requirements while maintaining a unified execution modelEliminate ambiguity between strategy ownership and execution accountabilityEnsure governance, processes, and program rules are consistently applied across all partner typesBuild Execution Visibility and AccountabilityDevelop executive-level dashboards and reporting on program execution, risks, and performanceTrack key metrics related to execution readiness, governance compliance, and operational healthEnable faster decision-making through clear, data-driven insightSWe are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.WHAT YOU BRINGSignificant experience in partner programs, channel operations, or go-to-market strategy within a technology companyProven experience operating at an enterprise level, driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizationsDemonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational executionStrong understanding of partner program components including tiering, incentives, competencies, lifecycle management, and governanceExperience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning VP-level leaders across functionsTrack record of resolving complex, systemic challenges and driving organizational changeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement durable solutionsExceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into executive-level insightsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing prioritiesHigh degree of ownership, accountability, and bias for actionSalary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
