Leadership is focused on building durable regional platforms led by proven operators.POSITION OVERVIEWThe company is seeking a Regional Vice President – New England to lead and scale its New York and New England platform. This is not a single-branch role. It is a newly created regional leadership position responsible for the financial, operational, and commercial performance of 5–6 operating companies across the region.The Regional Vice President will have full P&L ownership, direct oversight of branch presidents and senior leaders, and clear accountability for revenue growth, margin expansion, operational consistency, and talent development. This leader will be expected to drive top-line growth, strengthen customer relationships, and build a scalable regional operating model.This role is ideal for a senior HVAC or mechanical services executive who has successfully led multi-branch or multi-market operations and thrives in a private-equity-backed, growth environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRegional Leadership & StrategyLead the New England region as a unified operating platform, aligning multiple branches under a consistent strategy and operating cadenceServe as the senior executive for the region, representing the organization with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersTranslate enterprise objectives into clear regional priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomesRevenue Growth & Market ExpansionOwn regional revenue performance, including organic growth, customer retention, pricing discipline, and cross-selling of servicesPartner with branch leadership and sales teams to strengthen go-to-market strategy and deepen key customer relationshipsIdentify and execute market expansion opportunities, including new service lines, customer segments, and geographic growthFinancial & P&L OwnershipFull P&L responsibility across all branches in the region, including revenue, margin, EBITDA, and working capital performanceLead annual regional budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processesMonitor and improve operational and financial KPIs, driving accountability at the branch levelOperational ExcellenceDrive consistency and scalability across estimating, project management, service operations, safety, and back-office executionIdentify performance gaps across branches and implement corrective action plansPartner with corporate support teams to ensure strong execution in accounting, HR, safety, and systemsTalent Leadership & CultureLead, coach, and develop Branch Presidents and senior leaders across the regionBuild a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and operational disciplineEnsure effective succession planning, leadership development, and bench strengthM&A Integration & Platform GrowthSupport acquisition integration and onboarding of new operating companies into the regionEnsure cultural alignment, operational integration, and achievement of post-acquisition performance targetsACCOUNTABILITIESAchievement of regional revenue, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow targetsSafety performance and compliance across all branchesCustomer satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation within the regionLeadership development, retention, and performance of branch-level executivesQUALIFICATIONSSenior leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or related construction/service industriesProven success leading multi-branch or multi-market operations with full P&L responsibilityDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, not just operational stabilityStrong financial acumen, forecasting skills, and KPI-driven management styleExperience operating in a private-equity-backed or growth-focused environment preferred
