Plant nursery assistant

Plant nursery looking for help to run established nursery. Looking for someone motivated and outgoing. Experince, and plant knowledge is required. Must be able to work Saturdays. Qualifications High school diploma (preferred) 1 year retail experience (preferred) Nursery experience and plant knowledge JOB DESCRIPTION Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds unloading deliveries Must have reliable transportation pull orders for deliveries and installs Irrigate plants General cleaning and organizing of nursery Taking customer orders Weed, deadhead, and prune plant stock Conduct sales transactions Summary As a Plant Nursery Assistant, you will be integral to the growth and care of various plants, reporting directly to the Nursery Manager. Your core skills in horticulture will enable you to assist in plant propagation and maintenance. You will also utilize your premium irrigation skills to ensure optimal plant health. Additionally, your relevant skills in, landscaping, and plant identification will support the nursery's operations.
