Job Title: Grants ManagerJob Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, M-F | Location: Pauma Valley, CASalary: $90,000 - $100,000 | Benefits: 401(k), full health & dental, own office, part of Finance DivisionAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead all aspects of grant funding for our government programs. In this role, you will research and identify grant opportunities, write and submit proposals, manage awarded grants, and ensure compliance with all requirements. You will collaborate across departments to align grants with organizational priorities, maintain a centralized grant database, prepare reports, and cultivate relationships with funders.
