Job Title GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.Safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of customer's orders, stock transfer, accurately receiving purchase orders.$19.00 - $20.00 / DOQEssential Duties And Responsibilities:Packing orders to ensure that customers receive order intact in a short time frame and accurate as possible while maintaining quality and accuracy.Downsizing packaging so that shipping costs are minimal without sacrificing the quality and insurance that the product will be delivered without damages to the customer.Accurately picking items from a large inventory.Safely build pallet for larger orders/Transfers.Ship confirm(complete) orders to the customer with provided warehouse software.Meet daily goals to get orders/transfer shipped on time. Quality assurance during packaging.Keeping work zone clean and orderly to promote a safe and clean work environment.Communicating with supervisor with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties.Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the supervisor.Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
