Human Resource ManagerPosition Overview The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.Strong consulting and interpersonal skills.Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR are preferred.Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration.BenefitsStakeholders bonus (additional profit sharing) is typically between 4% and 8%.Healthcare, Dental, Vision Employee healthcare 100% paid Dependents healthcare 50% paid HRA/DRA/LPV Visa card for out of pocket expenses (helps offset copay and deductible) $3000 $60 cell phone reimbursement Spot bonus program on additional billable hours 9 paid holidays Email Your Resume In Word ToJasmine.Hill@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
